Hello, This is my first post, so go easy please I have faced a few problems trying to install iATKOS L1 on my Dell XPS 15 L502X and each of these I have managed to over come, however, I cant seem to get past the 'Install Failed' screen. I have no idea about anything to do with Macs but I know this can be done with Windows 7? Heres the log file. Msg me directly if you need any help. I would not suggest using virtual machine, because often times kexts are hardware dependent, and your virtual machine environment may be different. Also, remember that you need your bootloader too. There is NO WAY POSSIBLE for you mac partition to stay as NTFS it will be HFS+ Having said that, if you are using the virtual machine to install directly onto a partition and not a vdmk disk image, that may work, but again, not sure how you will set up your bootloader. My suggestion is of the following 1) Use Chameleon bootloader to dualboot into your systems, it works 2) After mac install and is working, use your windows install disk to repair and get back the windows bootloader. Then use dual boot utilities to get dual boot options into your mac drive.
