Hello, When i am installing SQL server 2008 on my laptop which has Windows 7 64 bit Operating system, it shows me the error: 'Microsoft.NET Framework installation has failed. SQL server 2008 setup requires.NET Framework 3.5 to be installed.

Hi Miraventz, Since installation of SQL Server 2008 requires Microsoft.net Framework 3.5 SP1 to be installed primarily, this issue might be caused by Microsoft.Net Framework 3.5 SP1 has not been isntalled.
