Are you referring to the pins on the cpu being bent or are you referring to the pins on the the motherboard socket (yes these are also called pins). If you are referring to the cpu you will need to replace cpu because these are sensitive to damage. If you are referring to the motherboard you have to replace the motherboard with another socket 775 motherboard. The socket 775 is a pin grid array technology which means it requires zero insertion force and the processor can only go in one way. If the pins on the processor are damaged, you are trying to enter the processor in incorrectly.
Lift bar and Align Pin 1 on processor with pin 1 on motherboard. The processor should go in easily if it does not, then it's being entered in the wrong way. After processor is entered correctly, apply GENTLE pressure with one finger to middle of processor and pull bar down. Pin 1 on motherboard is usually indicated by a triangle or pin 1 assignment.
