I also having same problem with this mp3Gain after reformat my PC to Windows 10 64bit. Just got it resolve. Here is the step: 1) Download the latest version of mp3Gain (2015) 2) Go to any PC with windows 7 and browser folder C: Windows SysWOW64 and try find the MSCOMCTL.OCX file. Copy and put to your current Windows 10 PC same folder. Scanjet 5300c Driver Windows 7.
3) Run CMD using administrator right, and cd C: Windows>cd syswow64, then C: Windows SysWOW64>Regsvr32 MSCOMCTL.OCX. It will show successful. 4) Run installation for mp3Gain with administrator right. It will successful. Hope you can enjoy using it again.
