CBT Nuggets ITIL Foundation 1.40 GB ITIL Foundation is an entry level certification and offers you a general awareness of the key elements, concepts.

I studied off and on for a month and a half (was studying for other exams though), it was pretty rough, almost as bad as Project+. In the end there are some good concepts in the framework that can be applied to business. I would say a core amount of study was 1-2 solid weeks 2-4 hours a day. There is quite a bit of material to cover, the concepts are dry and all condensed down to a 45 question test. The good part is that the pass percent is low but I was going for 100% and scored pretty high.

I think I know the ones I missed that I changed the answer last minute. I used a combination of online Skillsoft training, painfully used the Syllabus with a borrowed copy of the ITIL books. I did lookup the Liz book which does a really good job of pulling out the Syllabus content. I saw a sample chapter and I would have preferred going that route. I did review the sample chapters of your book as well which was very good. In the end I would have preferred to have a study guide book that pulled all the syllabus content. I can say that it takes a special person(s) to compact and organize the ITIL content and write a book that is easy to read and learn from.
