It's not all just an easy run through like the first one where you just look everywhere and eventually you'll find everything. Figuring out what you moves you have to use, or if you have to wait to learn new moves in the next level and come back made it quite a bit more difficult than the first which was great! The first one only takes maybe 8-12 hours total to beat the first time around, so I don't really see why these other people are saying it was better that way. The only thing I'd want from this game would be more worlds! A sequel to my favorite platformer/collectathon of all time? Sounds awesome! Unfortunatly it is anything but awesome to me. The game goes for a more serious and gritty artstyle and story, which rubs me the wrong way right off the bat. The problem is that with these changes to the formula, the game begins to feel like a chore. Bigger worlds mean it can take up to two hours to completly discover a world, and because the amount of jiggy's per world have not been changed, some can take between 5 minutes to over an hour and a half to obtain. Then there are the new moves, which require you to backtrack, which ruin the pacing.
